I was slain by a rose
with the sword of the night,
there is no defence
when the arrow's in flight.

With the shield of a rainbow
reflected in me,
destiny beckoned
my heart to be free.

But the chains of the rose
are a permanent bond,
her thorns a reminder
of what lies beyond.

and the fire in my soul,

Macros od water beads are so cool, especially on a flower like a rose. Macros are fun, I try to get some, but when ever it's wet here, it's always dark...
