haha a good point, when I say pure water it is from the kitchen tap, meaning its only drinking water ;)

How does one even obtain pure water any way? It always has minerals and such in it right?

Does pure water have a stronger surface tension or something?

This really is lovely, I have a bit of a thing for macro water shots, and this is one of the better ones I have found.

its really pretty but it kind of reminds me of snot the way its large at the top and then thins out and then pools like that in a oblong ball on top of another water bead. ive never seen water do that. =/ interesting tho. the colors are nice. ^^

ahhh she's a witch!! Let's burn her [please insert burning-emoticon which I heaven't found] :D

But I wanna guess too how you did it..
and the funny thing is I found an emoticon for my idea while looking for a burning one.

Well may it be the case that you took some 'fast spinning' thing and shredded the water?
like :shithitsthefan: and took a photo from the impact?
That would be something I would try to get such a result.. but only a guess :D
freaking good anyhow ^^ :)

This is amazing! It looks like the water is falling onto an ice block or some tinted glass cutting board. Whatever it's falling onto, this is amazing.
