Its been ages since I updated my journal so here we go :

My life is in changes. I am doing a lot better after my surgery, its sure that time heals, I feel stronger and I can walk normal and the pain is a lot better. Best of all, I will never have my period again

My husband, our 3 children and I have bought a new house, so at the moment it is very hectic here, we are packing, packing and packing, here is a link to our new house, if you feel like having a look: [link]

So many windows which will give wonderful light on my pictures ...

We are moving till Friday, thats only 4 days till

I have always been a city girl/woman, but now I will become a country girl

Wonder how that will be like

If you live in the country, please tel me what you fill your days with ???
The house is 250 square meters, it is huge and I will get my own studio room

I did sell ALL my Konica Minolta equipment, so now I only have a Nikon D40 camera with one 18-55 lens. But guess what, I am going to bye a new camera with new macro lens and all I need in my studio

So all in all, you sure understand I am very busy, right? I will not have internet from Friday, November 30 and for a week

Norther will I be able to take any pictures for a while, I need to buy new equipment. Please tel me what you think I should buy, Canon or Nikon? Which type? What kind of lenses, filters, etc.. etc...

I would also thank each and one of you for the amazing support you give me and my works, I am sorry I have been terrible with writing on the favs I have added and for not thanking you all in person. But always remember I read all my comments and they all warm my heart, THANK YOU

I really really really appreciate all the support I get on my pictures.
But since the number of favorites is very high at some times, I don't have the time to thank you all in person for them.
I choose to use my time on commenting on other deviant's artwork and make more of my own art instead of writing thank-you-notes all day long.

I still LOVE to browse though and peek a little here and there,
you never know where I am here on DA,
but be sure I am suddenly at your page admiring YOUR art work

You sound very busy indeed. Your house looks lovely though - nice and cozy yet very light. Looks like the kind of house I would want to live in as well

I live in the countryside

. Not totally deserted from citylife though

. The closest city is about 10km away and some bigger towns are about that distance away as well. I would never ever want to live in a city even though my village is kind of...boring XD.
It's beautiful though and I think that outweighs the boredom and christianity (I am not religious and some people don't like that very much where I live; small village, not that many people, most are religious, you're not, you know how that goes I guess

). I usually spend my days by going to school (hehe duh

) and in my spare time I think I do what most people do; read, music, bit of internet etc. But I also often go out when the weather is nice, especially when it's summer, just go lay in the fields and go to the forest, go out and do fun stuff with friends and stuff. I'm sure you'll like it in the country side ^___^. Good luck with your moving!

Oh and btw, why did you sell all your camera equipement?

So what do you fill your days with on the country, is it all day in front of the computer or??? Tel me , i need to get a new life now

Sorry to hear you sold all your equipment. Guess you're not a member from *Minolta then anymore either?

I'd say Canon, but that's probably because I have the 400D. Love to have the 40D though. Looks like a beauty

Since you have already a Nikon, look into the D300 , that is a nice one.
I have a 4 acre property so I do plenty outside during the year ( well not so much
in winter lol too cold) I really like nature and I could never live in a city. But yes
the computer occupies my day a lot as well.

Oh, your house is beautiful! Moving will be hectic enough, but you will settle down, and things will be so much better.
Happy to hear you're better too, and deep down inside I kinda envy you for the lack of period

I'm wishing you good luck with the move, and may you find the strength (both physical and emotional) to successfully do this in the shortest time possible, only then that new house will become a home.
